Compost for life is a large growing movement in Miami the prevent waste and the environmental effects that come with it.
Instead of our food trims going to a landfill and polluting the air, they are being collected each week by compost for life and repurposed into compost. Every 6 months Jeremy can collect the compost that we have compiled and use it at the farm to grow more fruits and vegetables for us to use at the restaurant.
Essentially, everything that we purchase that has had life, we either give purpose to with our food and the experience we provide, or it gets recycled to give more life.
